Help us with our financial recovery

Our thrift store normally provides about 30% of our annual income and individual donations provide almost 60%. This Spring, we had to close our store for weeks due to the pandemic and sales have been running at only about 50% of normal since then.

Individual donations are also down because our supporters lost their jobs or had other hardships because of Covid-19. This has caused us to cut most of our services to the community. Yes, we have our Cole Memorial trust but we can only receive small monthly payments of interest from it, about $1200 per month and not more than $30,000 per year. We cannot access the principal amount.

We really need help to get back to offering our full range of services, including TNR (trap/neuter/return) of feral cats, spay/neuter for pets, paying for pet vaccines, and helping with other costs for pet owners.

Please consider becoming a monthly donor (it's SO easy) or make a substantial one-time donation. Our individual supporters are the lifeblood of Alpine Humane Society! You make our mission possible.
